Sanguan Wongse Industry Co., Ltd. participated in “Agro FEX 2024″

Sanguan Wongse Industry Co., Ltd. participated in the “AgroFex 2024: Exhibition of BCG Products, Technologies, and Innovations” — under the theme “Living with Nature toward Sustainable Greenness”, the largest exhibition of its kind in Northeastern Thailand! On Thursday, November 14, 2024, Mrs. Thidarat Rod-anan, Chairperson of the Federation of Thai Industries, Nakhon Ratchasima Chapter, and Managing Director of Sanguan Wongse Industry Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies, attended the opening ceremony as the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee. The ceremony was honored by Mr. Dechawat Liptapanlop, Advisor to the Prime Minister, who presided over the event, together with Mr. Somkiat Wiriyakulnan, Deputy Governor of Nakhon Ratchasima Province, government officials, and representatives from the private sector.

The AgroFex 2024 exhibition was held from November 14–16, 2024, at Korat Hall, 4th Floor, Central Korat, aiming to encourage the Northeastern industrial sector to add value to agricultural products, reduce resource consumption, and promote renewable energy — addressing pollution issues and driving sustainable environmental development. The event featured exhibitions on industrial products, agricultural innovations, and agricultural technologies, emphasizing the BCG Model (Bio–Circular–Green Economy) and sustainable supply chains aligned with the Thai government’s policy. It also included business matching sessions, academic seminars, and the FTI Zero Waste The Idol 2024 competition — a creative contest inviting students and the public to design eco-friendly fashion outfits from recycled materials, promoting waste reduction and creative upcycling. At the Sanguan Wongse Industry booth, Ms. Chotima Leangkul, Managing Director of Sanguan Wongse Industry Co., Ltd. and affiliated companies, welcomed honored guests and showcased various cassava-based innovative products as part of the Nakhon Ratchasima Soft Power Initiative — highlighting creative uses of cassava in food innovation, such as:

🥟 Curry Puff from Ban Khun Yai Bakery, made with cassava fiber.

🧁 Gluten-Free Bakery from Zee Bakery, using Clyn Cake Cassava Flour (Gluten Free).

🍪 Almond Cookies made from Clyn Cookie Cassava Flour (Gluten Free) and Clyn IMO Syrup — a natural sweetener alternative.

🍝 Healthy Gluten-Free Pasta from Clyn Healthy Pasta.

🥤 Low-Sugar Beverages from Teg-Ha Café, using Clyn IMO Syrup for healthier sweetness.

Additionally, the Plookpanya School students presented creative dishes featuring Wolffia (duckweed) — such as Gluten-Free Wolffia Pasta and Gluten-Free Waffle Cones with Wolffia Whipped Cream — reflecting innovation in local agricultural education. The booth also featured an educational exhibition on cassava, including disease-resistant cassava stem cuttings propagated through X20 and tissue culture methods, along with demonstrations promoting yield improvement. Visitors could find Sanguan Wongse Industry at Booth A4, near the main hall entrance. Meanwhile, at Booth BC10, the company also presented products under the “Sood Khun Yai Muang” heritage brand — a traditional recipe passed down for over 72 years — offering classic local favorites such as Seasoned Shredded Pork, Chinese Sausage, Isaan Sausage, Crispy Rice with Pork Floss, and Pork Jerky, perfect as authentic Korat souvenirs.
